Conclusion
It does everything as advised, prices off my one panel (270 Watt, 24-volt Renergy) in about 3 hours in full sun. It may also power all my garage power tools and can run my enormous fridge for 15 hours. Tested it. Will pack it for my Army discipline TDYs.
