Utilizing the series/parallel combination allows for maximum power to be input into every single port. Charging at a 2-hour charge speed keeps the battery safe from being damaged as well as allows it to charge very quickly from the sun.
There are 4 arrays of panels. Each array has 5 panels. The 5 panels in each array are connected together in series, meaning one to another directly with the male and female plugs. Then each array is connected together in parallel using the 4-way adapter.
