What is the power of the Delta Max without the X boost?
DELTA Max's AC output is always fixed at 2400W total (Surge 5000W) for the US version, whether X-Boost is turned on or not.
X-Boost doesn't increase the AC output of DELTA Max. X-Boost lowers the voltage to be able to run the devices that require more than 2400W but not more than 3400W.
Please keep in mind that X-Boost is not applicable for all electrical appliances; it’s incompatible with appliances with strict voltage requirements and appliances with voltage protection (such as precise instruments).

Are there any items that are not included in max package, other than panels, that are needed to run the system?
DELTA Max comes with AC Charging Cable, Car Charging Cable, Solar Charging Cable, DC5521 to DC5525 cable, and User Manual ( they are in the same box as DELTA Max). All of these are enough to get your power station charged and up and running normally. But Solar panels, extra battery, and expansion cables aren't included and must be purchased separately.
Is the delta pro the only unit with the 30A outlet that you could plug an RV into?
That's a great questions.
Yes. Currently only DELTA Pro has Anderson Output (12.6V 30A, 378W Max) that can be connected to RVs.
How long does it take to charge with each solar panel?
That's a very good question.
If you are using an EF110W solar panel we don't suggest you use 1 or 2 sets of it as it will take a very long time to charge the unit fully. We suggest using a minimum of 3 sets. If you use 3 sets of EF 110W solar panels it will take 7.5-15 hrs, and if you use 4 sets of EF 110W solar panels it will take 5.6-11.2 hrs.
As for using EF160W solar panel to fully charge the unit, if you use 1 set it will take: 17-34 hrs, if you use 2 sets it will take: 8.5-17 hrs, if you use 3 sets it will take:5.6-11.2 hrs, and if you use 4 sets it will take: 4.2-8.4 hrs.
Lastly, if you choose to use EF 400W solar panels, we only suggest using 1 or 2 sets but not more than that as it doesn't support more than 2 solar panels input. Using 1 set of EF 400W solar panels will charge the unit in: 6.3-12.6 hrs, and using 2 sets will charge it in: 3.2-6.3 hrs.
Please keep in mind the solar charging time provided above is only applicable to EF solar panels and if you are using a different brand of solar panels the timing will vary.

How many (and which type) of solar panels would you recommend for the Delta Max? Two? Or more?
For the fastest charging time, we suggest 2 sets of EF 400W panels, as they will be able to charge it within 3.2-6.3 hrs. Using one set of EF 400W panel will double the time to 6.3-12.6 hrs.
But you can also use 3 sets of EF 160W which can charge the power station within 5.6-11.2 hrs, or use 4 sets of EF 160W to charge within 4.2-8.4 hrs.
You can also consider using 3 sets of EF 110W panels (7.5-15 hrs) or 4 sets of EF 110W panels (5.6-11.2 hrs), but it will take more time to fully charge the power station.
You can choose the option that is suitable for your needs and budget.

How long is the life expectancy of the battery’s and what is the replacement cost? And how serviceable is the unti? Dose it void the warranty if the owner replaces the battery’s?
DELTA Max has a shelf life of 1 year (after a full charge), which means that if you fully charge it and just turn it off and leave it without using it, it will last a year without losing its capacity. As for its cycle life, it's 800 cycles to 80% capacity.
Currently, battery replacement service isn't available, so if the battery gets damaged or shows any signs of malfunction, you can contact us and they will help you right away.

How is the station affected by temperatures of about 32 F and below? Can I charge it in winter months outside of the house with the solar panels? Could I even store it permanently outside?
The optimal operating temperature for DELTA Max is 68°F to 86°F.
But it can be discharged at any temperature between -4°F to 113°F, and it can be charged at any temperature between 32°F to 113°F. Temperatures above or below the recommended range will affect your power station's ability to charge and discharge normally. So if you want to charge it in winter, make sure it is not below 32°F.
We suggest you store DELTA Max at a temperature between -4°F to 113°F, to avoid damaging it also for safety reasons. Also if you want to store it outside, make sure to keep it away from water, heat, and other metal objects. And follow the storage instruction provided in the manual to prevent any damage or issues.
Hello I am thinking about getting one of the delta max portable power stations for overnight ice fishing trips. And hunting trips would I be able to power a small electric heater? and my C-pap machine?
DELTA Max's ability to run these devices depends on their specifications(wattage/voltage/current). If the specifications are within DELTA Max's AC output (2400W total [Surge 5000W[), then in theory it should be able to run them.
We have tested DELTA Max on a 40W CPAP and it was able to run it using AC output ports for 34 hrs. We also tested it on a 2200W electric heater and it was able to run it using AC output ports for 0.8 hrs.

Since you want to take it on ice-fishing trips, you have to keep in mind that the product isn't waterproof and you need to keep it dry. And note that DELTA Max can only function under certain temperature levels. Discharge temperature: -4°F to 113°F, and Charge temperature: 32°F to 113°F.
Anything above or lower than that range will affect the power station's ability to charge and discharge.
I’m looking into purchasing a generator to use at the ranch. I want to connect a small AC window unit and a mini fridge. Would the EcoFlow Delta Max suffice for the fridge the whole day and the window unit during the night?
The ability of DELTA Max to run the devices and the duration of running the devices depends on the specifications (wattage/voltage/current) of the air conditioning unit and the fridge.
We have tested DELTA Max on a 60W mini-fridge (car fridge) and it was able to run for 33hrs using DC output ports. We have also tested it on a 120W fridge, and it was able to run for 14hrs using AC output ports. And we also used DELTA Max to run a 1800W air conditioner using AC output, and DELTA Max managed to run it for 1 hour.

what cable do I purchase to connect two solar panels 110w each to my delta max battery
If you want to connect the solar panels in series, you will just need EF Solar Charging Cable (MC4 to XT60 Solar Cable) which comes with the power station when you purchase it. But if you wish to connect them in parallel, then you will need to purchase Solar MC4 Parallel Connection Cable (which you can find on our official website).
Also we do not recommend that you only use 2 sets of EF 110W solar panels to charge DELTA Max, as it will take a very long time for it to charge. We suggest you use minimum 3 sets of EF 110W solar panels, or 2 sets of EF 160W solar panels.
Please keep in mind that the recommendations made above are applicable for EF solar panels. If you are using a third party solar panel, then make sure the specification of the solar panel meets the requirement of the power station and the connector of the solar panel is MC4 type. Also note that our products already have an MPPT board inside that controls solar charge, so if the third party solar panel has a separate controller, it might affect the solar charge.

Are the solar panels water proof?
All EF solar panels are IP67 rated, which means they can be submerged in a body of water up to a meter
deep for 30 mins. They are also are dustproof, durable, and suitable for outdoor usage.
Please keep in mind when you clean your solar panel, use a gentle stream of water and do not use high-pressure water sources such as a jet spray, as high pressure may damage the solar panels.
Does the ecoflow delta max have Pure sine wave output? My pellet stove requires sine wave and I don't want to hook up something incorrectly and mess up the stove or generator.
DELTA Max's AC output is pure sine wave, 2400W total (surge 5000W).
So you can use it with your stove, as long as the specifications of the stove matches DELTA Max's AC output.
2 Delta Max Power stations and one smart battery were just delivered but I only have the cord that came with the smart battery to connect the devices. I need to obtain another cord. Please ive me the information to expedite the purchase.
Currently the Expansion Power Cable that comes with DELTA Max Smart Extra Battery can't be purchases separately. Also keep in mind that you can only connect DELTA Max Smart Extra Battery to one DELTA Max at a time and you can't connect it to both of them at the same time. So one Expansion Power Cable should be enough.
What is the charge time 0-80% using ONLY the single AC input, no dual modes? What is the time to 100%? Assume no load on the battery while charging.
If you want to charge DELTA Max (US version) using only AC it will charge from 0-80% in 65 minutes and it will charge from 0-100% in 1.8hrs.
